DOLE RO - 9 readies for 2013 Labor Month Celebration Zamboanga City - In celebration of the 111th Labor Day, with a theme, "Manggagawang Pilipino: Handa sa Hamon ng Makabagong Panahon," DOLE-9 has lined up several major activities like Job and Livelihood Fairs, turn-over of Starter Kits and Livelihood Grants, Diskwento Fair, as well as raffle bonanza, aimed at celebrating our Filipino workers' economic and social achievements.

The Job and Livelihood Fair on May 01, 2013, which will be held at the Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) Gymnasium, WMSU Campus, San Jose Road, Baliwasan, Zamboanga City, will serve as the highlight of the celebration.

Twenty (20) overseas and 30 local recruitment agencies confirmed their participation on the said event.

Jobseekers are instructed to visit the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) located at Pettit Barracks, Zamboanga City, or at DOLE Zamboanga City Field Office, 3/F QNS Bldg. Veterans Avenue Extension, Tumaga Road, Zamboanga City for pre-registration.
